A: we charge £10 per year for fees and administration simply because they cost us more

Q3: is VAT included?
A: no - this is payable in addition

Q4: what about advertising banners on my domain that cost me money to remove?
A: we never use banners or headers of any kind, we only put a free temporary holding page

Q5: hmm, what about transferring to another host.. what will you charge me?
A: nothing! we make no charge to transfer a domain from us (may shed a tear though)

Q6: sounds good, but how much if I want to transfer a domain to you from elsewhere?
